Therapist | she/her

"What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you."

-Ralph Waldo Emerson

Tracy welcomes you as you are and invites all parts of you into the room. Her work is guided by curiosity, creativity, and a deep respect for the stories people carry. With over twenty years as an art educator, Tracy learned to lean in, listen closely, and honor the meaning behind the making. She has always believed that each person is their greatest resource, and she approaches her work as a thoughtful companion, walking alongside you as you explore what lies beneath the surface, where past, present, and possibility gently meet.

As a therapist, Tracy creates a safe and nurturing space rooted in attentiveness, reflection, and care. She values the process over the product, knowing that discovery often unfolds in quiet moments, pauses, and unexpected connections. Tracy listens for patterns, holds space without judgment, and supports you in reclaiming your true self—one insight, image, or feeling at a time. Creative, collaborative, and compassionate, she invites meaning-making to emerge naturally, helping you map your inner world with openness, honesty, and a sense of wonder.
