Clinical Intern | she/her

"Be the person you needed when you were younger."

- Ayesha Siddiqi

Clients can expect a therapeutic space with Alicia that feels grounded, human, and refreshingly real. She brings a casual, down‑to‑earth presence, while still offering steady support and clear clinical intention. Humor naturally weaves into her work to create moments of lightness and connection that make difficult conversations feel more approachable. Alicia leads with curiosity rather than assumptions, taking time to understand each client’s world as they experience it. At the core of Alicia’s approach is unconditional positive regard: clients never have to earn acceptance, and they are never judged for where they are in their process. Whether someone feels stuck, overwhelmed, hopeful, or unsure, she meets them exactly where they are and walks alongside them at a pace that feels right.

In her role as a Client Care Specialist, Alicia brings the same warmth, curiosity, and steady presence to the administrative side of a client’s experience. She supports individuals from the very first point of contact through the final stages of care, helping them navigate logistics and feel held by the process rather than overwhelmed by it. Whether she is coordinating care, answering questions, or offering reassurance during moments of uncertainty, Alicia’s goal is to make every step feel clear, compassionate, and aligned with each client’s needs. She views administrative support as an extension of the therapeutic experience, another way of meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them with humor, humanity, and unwavering positive regard.
