"The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door."

-Clarissa Pinkola Estés, 'Women Who Run With The Wolves'

A seed was planted half her life-time ago when she was told, "if every person in the world had just one person that would accept them, without conditions or judgement, our world would be a kinder place", so, it has become Jen's mission and commitment to be that person in both her clinical role and human-experience. Jen celebrates, validates, and honors the journey of the road less traveled, supporting those who have come into awareness that they are not living their authentic life. She is passionate about creating safe, inclusive environments for the exploration of internal-landscapes, using somatic interventions such as sound and movement to support the shift of energy in the body, while incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-focused modalities. A focus in Jen's role is incorporating the medicine of the Drum into clinical practices, providing folks an opportunity to connect with Earth-based wisdom that supports current evidence-based practices within the field, welcoming an expanded awareness and connection to the Authentic Self.

Jen is laid-back, empathetic, and models confidence within her divine-quirks. She will invite you into your child-like-wonder, building relations with Parts of the Self that have been excelled or forgotten about, welcoming expanded acceptance of the past, present, and created future. Her approach to therapy is holistic and mindful to the unique needs of each individual, combining conventual Western models with global philosophies and diverse cultural practices, welcoming All that are ready to begin being alive in their desired experience of health.
