Tôi nói tiếng Việt được (Vietnamese, Conversational)

"The only ones who can free us are ourselves."

-Assata Olugbala Shakur

Milena creates a warm, collaborative space where clients can show up as they are, without needing to have everything figured out before they walk through the door. They believe therapy is not about being given all the answers but about having someone alongside you as you explore what is happening, what you need, and where you want to go next. Their approach is compassionate and curious, while also being willing to gently challenge clients when growth asks them to step into vulnerability, try something different, or look at themselves and their relationships in new ways. They work with clients to recognize their own strengths, values, and sources of healing, helping them build a sense of agency in their lives rather than relying on someone else to “fix” them.

Milena also understands that our experiences do not happen in a vacuum. They pay close attention to the ways relationships, culture, identity, and larger systems can shape how people understand themselves and move through the world. Clients can expect them to approach their experiences with cultural humility and openness, while making room for the complexity and contradictions that can come with healing.
