In addition to specializing in Mood Disorders including Anxiety and Depression, Identity and Self-Esteem, and Grief And Loss, Alanna also has formal training and experience working with LGBTQIA2S+ Related Needs, Boundary Setting and Assertiveness, Relational Conflict, OCD, Life Transitions and Adjustment Challenges, Transition to Adulthood, and Complex Trauma and PTSD.
